Funny my 180 days opened today for December, and also for me BOG was 100% booked! You are much calmer than I am! How is it 100% booked when the reservation windows just opened!

People with the + 10 advantage have been booking it for 10 days and it is fully booked. It is currently the most popular ADR at WDW

OP,
I think your plan looks great. I think an 8:10 Tusker House is great and it positions you to be right near the Safari after breakfast.
One question I have, I have never been there, but there have been reports here on the DIS that T Rex can be very loud and scares many young ones. I would worry about your 5 yo.
Watching Fantasmic at 6:30 and getting to 'OHana for 8:15 is very tight. Everyone is leaving DHS after Fantasmic and the lines for the resort buses are very long. Personally, I would skip Fantasmic and just head to dinner while it is still on.
On the day Epcot/MK day without an ADR I would recommend the buffet at 1900 Park Faire. Cinderella and Prince Charming, The Stepmother and the Stepsisters are there. It is great fun and good food.
Enjoy your trip

I know, I go every 15-18 months and was really looking forward to eating there. Just disappointed that there are exceptions to the 180 days that make it hard for everyone to get a chance to go.

OP, what about the crystal palace? My daughter loved that one! Great character interaction!

We will be there are the same time, here's hoping for great weather and low crowds!

Enjoy your trip!

Since you're hopping that day, it may make other resorts a bit more accessible. Hop to dinner, then use that resort's transportation to get to MK. Of course, this depends on when you're planning on hopping in the first place. So, with that in mind...

1) Sanaa (Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani Village) - Note that you'll have to do an early dinner here in Dec to do any animal viewing. A bit more adventurous menu, but very good and excellent service.

2) Grand Floridian Cafe (Grand Floridian Resort) or Kona Cafe (Poly) - Both are favorites of mine and both would be just a boat/monorail ride away from MK. Note: I've had The Wave for lunch and it wasn't a particular favorite, doesn't make it bad, just not to my taste.

3) Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge) - Another boat ride away from MK (can even Bus to here from Epcot, then boat to MK for a different perspective) and is typically well liked. I haven't been there though.

4) Another option would be doing lunch at Epcot if there's another restaurant that interests you, and then just picking up CS over at MK. (I personally love the San Angel Inn lunch menu along with the restaurant itself, it IS considerably more authentic than your typical "Mexican" restaurant though, so your mileage may vary).
