What's the difference if paying OOP or via a Plan? Either way you have to pay (unless Free Dining).

To answer your question, yes.

In my opinion it is only worth doing if you are paying OOP. I think that using two dining credits for it is a waste of credits, in my opinion. We went in February, got category 3 seats in the balcony, and paid out of pocket. The cost was less than $50 per person. With the DDP the cost would have been closer to $70 since you really need a $35 meal to make a dining credit worth the cost. And I really did not want to use 2 TS credits for one meal.

FWIW: The category three seats were great. We had a wonderful view and had a great time.

Do they charge your credit card right away or day of the show?

We were on the DDP but we paid OOP for Category 1 seats. We were a party of all adults and we had a BLAST.
I think it is well worth it.

We love the show!

and since we never do the DDP we pay out of pocket but use the TIW card to get the 20% discount...makes it pretty affordable and we don't mind cat 3 seating at all
