I have yoga meltdown. It is deceivingly hard! And its my "bad luck" video as I always manage to hurt myself doing it! But it is a good one.

What is BeFit? I could use some new videos. Especially Pilates.

I'm still fighting this cold so tomorrow and maybe Friday will be rest days, maybe a little walking if I feel up to it.

I ran 4 miles today plus warm up/cool down is 45 minutes.

Today I had a three hour golf clinic and scramble. I'm not exactly sure how to record this. I wouldn't say all of it would count as exercise, but it was still a workout! I really felt it in my shoulders, forearms and, believe it or not, my abs. So, I'll go with two thirds of it counting and the rest recreation.

So, I guess that puts me at:

500/1000

Can't take the overtime in the Bruins/Black Hawks game

10 minutes warmup; 20 minutes strength work without weights mostly; then 30 minutes on elliptical with intervals.

Back from the most magical place on Earth Happy to be back to exercising though. Standing on my feet and walking all day doesn't count for me even though it is tiring. Oh, maybe I should count the "walking with purpose" at rope drop to get FastPasses for Space Mountain...or the full out run in the Atlanta airport when our first flight was delayed and we landed 10 minutes before our next flight was leaving. For those of you that know the Atlanta airport, we landed in Terminal B and needed to run to Terminal T, and to top things off, the tram left just as we were running down the stairs. It's extra difficult to run while pulling a rolling carry-one bag and having a bag on each shoulder. I'm sure I was a sight. Anyway, I slept in this morning and saved the gym for this evening. An hour WERQ class and an hour YogaFit class bring me to:

ugh. B to T is brutal! We have a flight in August with a 50 min layover and I am anticipating something similar--since I am sure we will not be on time! I debated booking it cause of the short layover, but decided to live dangerously.
My DS got in late to Charlotte one night when he was a college freshman. He was meeting us at WDW and if he didn't make his connection he would have been stuck over night in the airport. The night before they had a little too much "fun" and decided to get mohawks. He was in flip flops, so he had to take his shoes off and sprint through the Charlotte airport bare foot with a mohawk. Lugging a backpack and a carry on. Just hearing him tell the story, we were all howling. He said people were looking at him like he was crazy.
