Well, after a couple of days off due to some knee problems, I'm back on the wagon . Today I got to try out the treadmill DH bought me. I did 6.45 miles in 80 minutes. Now I have to figure out what's harder.....forcing myself to go to the gym without my workout buddy or working out at home with my kiddos trying for my attention the entire time!

Brings my total to:
320/1500

I have you at 182 for your total. Hope this is correct. I do not keep track of each entry, just update the total in my spreadsheet. Thanks!

60 minutes today doing the Walk Away The Pounds Express 4 Mile Workout DVD. It's a surprisingly challenging workout and I was NOT feeling it but I got it done.

Bike and walking around the "Saturday" market and the farmer market and then out to check the floats we worked on after they weathered the parade.

I running away to the in the morning. Don't tell. I may just not come back.

Took Sat. off to work and attend a family graduation party. Back to it today, and it felt great. I guess sometimes the day off is just as good...
Today 10 min. warmup on treadmill; 20 minutes of strength exercises; then 430 minutes on elliptical with interval training. Hope to do it all again tomorrow.

Thanks for the motivation
