An hour and 12 minute 10K this morning. It was almost all uphill! Plus there was a crazy lady in a Cocus at one point hitting runners on the course. I understand you might be frustrated that there is a race in your sub, but REALLY!?!? And she had a handicapped license plate! Oh we'll, not one was badly hurt, just clipped.

Walking and working on the float. I don't think I've done that much reaching and stretching in a long time.

Rose is your foot getting better?
Much better. Thanks for asking. I ran three miles yesterday on the tm before yoga and only have a tiny sore spot. It definitely helped to put pressure on the lump.

Wow! Everybody is doing great!!

I'm at 481/2000. That puts me behind schedule, but I'm hoping to make things up in 2 days when school gets out!!!!! Can ya tell I'm excited to be done working?! Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love subbing and those special ed kinders are just so stinkin cute, but I am done. Next year should be really interesting because I only sub at 2 schools and it used to be one until the district moved the special ed program to another school and I followed. Now my original school is getting another special ed classroom (of 3-5th grade kids). hmmmmm

45 min run/walk - Much higher percentage of walking than normal. I'm just getting over a cold and two days of feeling miserable, so I'm trying not to let it frustrate me.

Yeah it was crazy! We are hoping that the cops right up the road caught her. We weren't sure if she would get arrested for reckless endangerment.

Added 53 minutes of Jillian's Banish Fat Boost...first day of it...not so sure it's really blasting my fat...I think I felt more of a workout from the Ripped in 30 series..wondering if I should just now alternate between all the three levels to get a good all around workout..I need videos I can find online b/c we have no DVD player.

Not one of my finer moments, but it got done and a slow 60 minutes is better than no 60 minutes.

Thanks for the support!!
60 minutes is awesome always!

That is insane. I'm sorry to hear that happened but glad you're ok! Congrats on your race!

I had a rest day yesterday (whew!) and did a 60 minute 6 mile run today. I got attacked by a swarm of yellow (deer) flies on my run and it was awful (it's in my blog below if you want to see how my Garmin reacted to my arm flailing and crazy sprinting to get away).

375/1500 <-- hoping this wasn't too optimistic of a goal!
