Last day of Ripped!! Whew!! I am feeling it!! And worked out 2 hours with the horses..counting that as 45 minutes...I ran with them on lunges but mostly walking and leading...will try and get my 3.1 miles in today this evening...

Walking and working on the float. I don't think I've done that much reaching and stretching in a long time.

Rose is your foot getting better?

Hard to exercise today and I had a couple (good?) excuses but talked myself into going to at least do either the strength or the cardio routine. Did 10 minute warmup on treadmill; 20 minutes strength and conditioning; 20 minutes on elliptical and was dragging. Was going to call it a night after 50 minutes but with this thread in mind, hit the exercise bike for another 10 minutes just to keep moving. Not one of my finer moments, but it got done and a slow 60 minutes is better than no 60 minutes.

Thanks for the support!!

Ana, that sound like fun! I'll have to give it some thought as to how I can enjoy a long walk and get out of my basement or the gym and get moving elsewhere.

30 minutes is worth mentioning, but 60 minutes at any pace when you aren't feeling it is commendable. Great job!
