Recipes from booths at Flower & Garden Festival

I was wondering if anyone had any of the recipes from the booths at this years flower and garden festival? I like how they always release at least some during food and wine so I'm hoping someone found some during flower and garden???

One of the first days I asked a manager who was by one of the booths if there was going to be a cookbook. He said I was the second person to ask for one and the first was an upper level manager. During the fest, I asked several booths for recipes with no results.

Disney Insider sent the recipe for the Watermelon salad in their regular email. I did find out that the heirloom tomato salad used Minus 8 vinegar and olive oil.

I have a feeling that the booths will not be back next year. I went quite a bit and although there were a lot of people around the Showcase, there were very short lines at the food booths. My roommate said the same thing and he was there at different times.

Good luck in your quest.

Cyn

As Figment2 said, there was no cookbook this year. Pam Brandon (via the Disney Blog) posted the recipe for the watermelon salad:

There is also a second post that says "We had Chef Jens Dahlmann show us how he creates this colorful dessert" . The "this" refers to the Angel Food Cake with macerated Florida Berries dish (this is a video):

There is a recipe for a heirloom tomato salad on the TryIt webiste (might be similiar):

Thanks for the links. I was hoping they'd bring them back next year. I really liked them as an addition. I went three times also, one time had somewhat long lines but nothing terrible, the rest were short. I guess I was hoping it would increase in popularity and grow like F&W did.
