Hi all!

I know that they have separate shampoo and conditioner, but is it H2O brand? Also, is there any other toiletries or just shampoo and conditioner?

Starting to get ready! 23 more days!

So I just discovered a thread on decorating resort windows and doors. Is this done at POR? What items can you uses to attach things to windows and doors? lastly what are the window measurements?

You are allowed to decorate at values and mods only.

You can use clings on the windows, but no tape. Magnets can be used on the doors, again no tape.

The windows at POR are about 4 foot square.

I have short fine hair and I hated it. Made it rough to comb through. It wasn't the worst stuff I ever used but far from useful for me.

I always bring my own and save the mickey stuff for a friends daughter.

I have long, fine, curly hair and I don't like it. It makes my hair feel dry and tangle easily. I bring my own. My DH didn't mind it but he has short hair and will use any brand of shampoo with no complaints.

Thanks so much again for the live POR feed Andre. I am enjoying it immensely. We leave in 81 days and I am now on super psyched planning mode!

I am truly enjoying your live webcam by the way!!
The beds are really comfortable here by the way, as I know a few people have asked. We've got two Queen Beds in our room, and they are about the same firmness as our mattress at home (which was listed as Medium/Firm when we bought it, I seem to recall). The pillows are much softer than the ones we had on our last visit (which felt much too firm) and overall I've found myself falling asleep just as soon as my head hits the pillow!

Glad everyone is enjoying the webcam, it's a lovely view over the river from here, and the boats in the distance and the horses & carriages at night are lovely.

Andre

Room Preferences??

I called last night to change my ressie to a room only and the CM gave me a garden view...is this by any chance in AB? I was at POR my first time on site and loved AB near the quiet pool. Can that be requested?

both sections have garden views, you could be anywhere.

Laundry Question
Sorry, tried to search the thread for this but couldn't find it.
I am getting my supplies ready and wanted to know:

do the laundry facilities (washers) take dry detergent or liquid?

If it is liquid I may bring my own in case we do simple wash in the tub in the room.

If it doesn't take liquid - then I gotta tell my sister to budget $5 for a load ($2 wash/$2 dry/$1 detergent).

thank you

Yes, there are garden view in both sides.

If you go to the first page and pull up the resort map, and click on each building, you see the location of each booking category.

I would put in a request for AB close to quiet pool.

They take liquid, dry or sheets. I pack the sheets, easy for flying or driving.
