Anyone ever use 'Fluidity' as part of their training.

I picked one up out of Craigslist and put it in the basement and hopefully incorporate into training.

I was wondering if anyone used or uses one and what are your thoughts on it.

I thought it might be good for muscle training in between outdoor runs/walks.

My wife bought one and used it about 3 times. It's been sitting around for quite a few months now. I'm actually thinking about using it for my training. She said it worked, but she thought the video was quite boring. I did yoga to help strengthen and stretch my muscles during my half marathon training. She said that she thinks this would be very similar and probably help.

I can certainly understand the boringness of it. Esp if you are someone that likes movement. I hope I like it, I might try to do it tonight.

I think if I can get past the boringness of it, it would be very very good to stregthen the muscles in another way.
