To all the Chef Tj followers!

Just a heads up. Chef Tj will be moving to the morning shift at 1900 PF starting Sunday, 19 May. I just found this out when I called to see if he will be there the night I was trying to make ressies to go see him. It looks like he will still be off on Fridays and Saturdays. Thought you all would like to know.

Thanks for the info! I'd been wanting to see him do his magic so I'm headed to grab an ADR now!

Thanks for sharing! I certainly really appreciate the heads up. I hope he enjoys working breakfasts.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to have to try and fit in a breakfast there when we go in June!

How did you get them to tell you that, flick?

Did you call the restaurant directly? (I've never had much luck with them answering their phones when I've tried that.)

Are you aware that this thread is more than 5 months old?

We are on a trip right now with a family where one child has multiple allergies (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, all fish and seafood). All the chefs have been great wherever we have gone. The counter service places were also helpful. They had special 'allergy menus' that listed foods that were safe for different allergies and modifications that could be made to make them safe for other allergies.

Does anyone have any updated info on chef TJ? He used to be the best when it came to cooking for my sister with an eating disorder. She's going to Disney with us later this month and I know she would love to see him and he would love to see her!
