Would you switch to Orbitz??

My current AoA reservation through Disney would be $40 cheaper if I switched to Orbitz..would you bother switching or wait and hope for a Disney discount?? Thanks!!

No. For that $40 savings you are adding a third party to your travel plans. If something goes wrong (unlikely) you will have Disney and Orbitz blaming each other. For me it would have to be well over $100, at least, to change the reservation.

$40 overall or per night?

If overall then I agree with PP, but if per night then maybe go with orbitz; i booked through them and got amazing savings, they have a live chat which personally made me feel a little more secure in booking through them. I was given my reservation number straight away and linked it to my disney exp account with no issue whatsoever. (Reservation is for dec)

Ditto. Depending on the savings I would have no problems with Orbitz either. I'm glad to hear of your experience. I have seen some decent deals on Orbitz for WDW. We're just not going until late 2016. Hopefully all the MDE glitches will be fixed and most of the current constructions will be done.

Thanks so much for replies!! NEXT PROBLEM...just realized AP discounts opened up...my son REALLY wants to stay at AoA {we only have standard room} but considering switching to Pop for @ $50 less a night since deal not offered for AoA...would you make the switch and how can I convince my son it is just as good??
