Thanksgiving Dinner?

Does anyone know when Disney puts out the special menus for the holidays?

My 180 date is coming up in 16 days and I was trying to figure out where to eat Thanksgiving dinner. I have 1 in the party that wants to eat a traditional Thanksgiving meal - short of going to a buffet (that is how I am leaning right now) is there any way of knowing which restaurants will be doing a Thanksgiving meal, either as a part of their regular menu or just a special menu for the day?

NOTE:
There are several WDW eateries with traditional Thanksgiving

Turkey is pretty much turkey, and I can get that at home. So,
I go for atmosphere I can't get at home. Fort Wilderness fits
the bill perfectly. PLUS, the price is right.
