What I really don't like about the ex-juror being there today is that he is seated on JA's side ... Now of course, that may have been the only seat available, but one could perceive it as if he is supporting her, KWIM? ... Or maybe he really is? ... He screwed up and got himself booted from the jury, he should have stayed home to watch ... Just my opinion ...

Jodi has her hair pulled back today. No hiding her fake crying behind her hair today.

Yes, we listened from the door in the good ole days.

At least he did nothing from the court room to get taken off the jury. I am amazed that only 3 of them were gone. And it was only one who did something wrong in the court room.

Good morning Kar and all my fellow court followers.

That was great Kar. I remember that. The look on Jodi's face at the end is priceless. Plus I almost forgot Wormy almost had an aneurism with his objection. Looked like he was ready to fall out of his chair.

No, I'm not ready. I'm actually pretty busy at work today and considering I'm only here for 2 more hours, I may not get to see Wormy and Wilma. Got hit with a big project this morning. Sorry, no tweet updates from me today. Snuz or UR I'm sure will do a fine job. I'll have to try and catch up later.

Have a good day and weekend everyone. DW and I will be out of town for the weekend so we'll talk to you on Monday. Earlier if I get a chance from my phone.

P.S. Happy Birthday to Promomx2 and to crz4mm2's DH.

I will never claim either defense attorney is a genius, but...

if the attorney arguing the closing on her behalf mentions it might have been another walmart location it will simply bolster the prosecution's accurate portrayal of her as a liar. The prosecutor will object if he does, the judge will remind the jury to recall the witness' testimony and the prosecutor will hammer the lie home in his final closing as his client (the state of Arizona) has the burden of proof. It would be infinitely stupid of the defense attorney to mention it. We'll see.

Nurmi so does not have what it takes to defeat JM in this closing. He also does not have the case to beat JM. This is gonna be a funny day seeing him try though.
