Don't mind at all if you join us now! Added you to the list. But don't be too hard on yourself. Many of us have or have had injuries that we've had to scale back the exercise minutes. Just remember that ALL exercise can count - that means you can do 350 minutes of abs and arms if you wanted....

Went out today to run part of the course for a half I'm running in October that is on the waterfront. Was beautiful, warm and sunny. DH tagged along.

30 minute video of Walk away the pounds. Stayed home from the gym today so that I could actually get stuff done around the house while the kids were at school. The video wasn't much, but I figured it was better than nothing.

First day of Ripped in 30, have to admit, happy it's only 6 days a week (she says rest for one full day, after the 30DS I am happy to have a day off!!)...but loved Ripped because I like changing routines after 6 days not 10...

Out of the country all weekend so didn't check in (roaming charges) but still managed to get in some good workouts!!
