Okay the front yard now looks nice and the neighborhood association will get off my back.

Of course the backyard still has a ways to go, about half done. How can those weeds take such hold in just 2 weeks.

Got slightly sunburned, loving the dry sunny weather though. Was out for quite awhile but will count one hour.

27 minutes of 30 day shred dvd (tomorrow's day 30 )
20 minutes walking
45 minutes yard work (lots of lifting bags of mulch, walking, and squats while weeding and mulching)

The family went geocaching at the park as well, but it was a more slow stroll so I'm not counting that, but it was fun!

Total=200/900

Thanks

Which I am paying for now in knee pain... But anyhow I had fun, Dh had fun, and I have a cool medal to hang next to wine and dine one.

So, 33 min for me today. 93/900
Yay for the Figsters!!! And welcome back to world of knee pain!

Sounds like your kid got a good old-fashioned scr**ing! It's crazy the rules some these sanctioning bodies come up with. He should at least feel proud of what he and his teammates were able to do up to that point, even if it didn't get him to where he wanted to go. That's a big accomplishment!
Confession time: After a couple of really good skinny 'ritas and about a pound of guacamole Saturday, my running BFF talked me into joining a big group of other runners in running the WDW Half in January. Let's just keep our fingers crossed my IT's hold up for it after the W&D Half in November! I must be !!!

I'm in

Hello Figment and Everyone on the board
I would love to join the May challenge. Since I a week late to the thread, I'll make it based on the three weeks remaining:

Exercise goal: 120 minutes a week (5 days at 60 minutes a day)
Weight: would like to drop 5lbs

There it is. This board has never let me down and I should know better than to slack for a couple months after meeting a goal. Thanks for all the support!

Hey Pluto - great news - my knee is recovering MUCH more quickly this time around. So... that's something right?! I even feel like I could've gone out for a run yesterday (but I resisted). So my current plan is to run the Tinkerbell Half in DL in January, so I'll be right there with you crossing fingers that I can get through W&D injury free this time around.
