Sorry for missing my usual monday update. Unexpected life stuff.

As for me, I did 30 solid minutes of PT yesterday and I'm counting every second. 468/900

I've decided that choosing 900 as my goal is my curse. Every time I aim for above 800, I get hurt and get no where near it. I'm not saying it's related - not like I push too hard and end up hurt. Because I don't usually get hurt doing anything useful. Given all my new limitations (shoulder and now foot too), I'm going to try very hard to make 900, but I'm not going to push myself and end up more hurt.

Keep it up everyone We are 64% of the way through the month with 10.5 days to go!

Any chance I can opt-in for the last ten days of the month? I'm down to my last 10% of a pretty lengthy weight loss and I've added considerably to my daily routine. Which means it's pretty much like crawling across broken glass every day. If I'm accountable here, it's that much harder to beg off.

An hour Step aerobics Sunday and an hour Strong class on Monday bring me to:

My DD graduated from high school this past Sunday and our big open house is this Sunday so it has been crazy busy but still getting in a little bit of exercise. Because of Pinterest, I felt the need to decorate 64 water bottles this morning...DS thinks I have OCD

Chicago - would love to see what you did with 64 water bottles. Please post a pic! My two graduate in 2 weeks....

BGK - wow! Your goal for 11 days is TWICE what mine is for the month! Congrats on your weight loss!

Got the dog out and then a run in before the stormy weather hit (50 minutes), then took another walk this evening to survey the damage (24 min). Some trees in our neighborhood cracked and fences blown over, that's about it.
