I expected this thread to be about a Palo soufflé smashed between two Mickey waffles. Very disappointed.

After our first cruise this past spring, I think the sandwich is a great idea. We were bored the day before the cruise and the day after just sitting in a hotel. Next time we plan on doing a DCL sandwich with Universal Studios bread.

We are thinking of doing this for our next cruise. We are thinking of doing 2 nights before and 2 nights after the cruise. We can purchase a 4 day pass and split them up, right? What about the dining plan? CAn we do the same with this?

We did a sandwich with 2 days at WDW between 2 cruises. We did the laundry while we were at the resport during our two days. Loved it all!

A major cost for us is the time and money to drive the 1200 miles each way to take the cruise. Actually saved us money taking the scond cruise rather than making a different trip.

Were doing 3 WDW, 5 Cruise and then 5 at the evil empire. We plan on using the laundry service on the ship to do a refresh. We figure we're spending a bazillion $, so what's a little more. Plus, I get up very early so I might just throw a load or two of laundry in at 5:00 am (although my wife says I fold it wrong).
