I just want to sit behind the dessert case with a fork and take one taste of each dessert.

I love the chocolate coconut cheesecake.

Food is overprice and just so-so. As for the cheesecake, I'm allergic to dairy so I can't have it anyway

We love the cheesecake and love some of the food . We get the crusted chicken Romano, chicken bellagio, or the garlic farfalle type dish. The service is the worst of anywhere. It is consistantly bad, too. I've emailed and complained via phone . It's sad because the food and cheesecake is great. I like the new Oreo and my husband gets chocolate tuxedo.

I actually dislike this restaurant because of its seating. I feel like we are all back at the high school cafeteria. I hate it. If you are lucky enough to get a booth, it would be better. Also, I find it loud and rather dark.

If you want amazing service go to their Christiana Mall location in Delaware. We have eaten there maybe 5 times in the last year, and every waitperson has been excellent. Our last visit last week, my DH asked to speak to the manager to compliment the service.

My DS and I like the chicken fettuccini, and I have enough leftovers for 2 more lunches. My favorite cheesecake is the Hersey's chocolate which I will not share and make it last 3 days!

Never been a fan of Cheescake Factory. Their food is just mediocre and I don't care for it. But when we do go, I just love the atmosphere with all the paintings and theme. That's about it.

I like going to the one near me because it makes me feel like I'm on vacation. We always order a slice to go.

I like the lettuce wraps. I got the sliders the last time I was there, but they were just "ok". I'll order off the skinnylicious menu next time.

I should have skipped this thread. As a pregnant lady I now can't stop thinking about their delicious cheesecake! The closest cheesecake factory is about an hour from here so I am out of luck!

I saw someone say either Grand Lux or Cheesecake Factory. I had heard at one time they were owned by same group. If so does anyone know if the Grand Lux accepts Cheesecake Factory gift cards. When I do rewards I can get CF gift cards, but I have never seen any for Grand Lux. I don't like CF, but love GL. Everytime we go I get the Asian nachos, and dd gets the Lemon Chicken Picatta. So, so good.

Also, every time we have been there, I have had terrible service--wrong food, food not thoroughly cooked, waiting on my food while others at my table have theirs, having to flag down another server to get drink refils, etc. Definitely not a place I go unless I can't get out of it.
We haven't eaten at the one in Columbia, MD in years but I'm willing to guess that they have "heater-uppers" with banks of microwaves instead of actual cooks.

I've never been there (we very rarely eat out). I have a question, though, are Penny and Bernadette's (BBT) uniforms authentic?
