Lesser-known/saught after Disney Restraunts

Hi everyone

So I am interested in hearing which places people like to go that aren't as well known or aren't as popular as other restraunts. Please list counter service, Table service and even bars or other types of dining experiences you would put into this category. Please list places that you wouldn't have a hard time getting a reservation less than a month prior to the date. Thanks

Anandapur Yak and Yeti Restaurant at AK. We just walked in and were seated within minutes in late July of last year. It was really hot out and we orginally just wanted something to drink. We loved it and it was not crowded at all.

Me too! I've made reservations on our day-of-arrival for our upcoming trip. I think it sounds like a lot of fun.

Biergarten is one of my family's favorite restaurants. Marrakesh is one of mine. Both have great foods, atmospheres, and fun entertainment. Our favorite CS is also Tangierine Cafe in Morroco.

Another vote for the Wave.

Went for lunch this past January, and very few people were in there. It was very quiet and relaxing, and a nice break from the parks. There's no theming to the restaurant, so it may seem boring for younger children. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive, without being pushy.

The Plaza at MK is one of my faves! Boma, although not "unknown" is typically easy to get a last minute ADR. The Wave and Kona would also make my list.

On our last trip (in January) we were very pleased with a walk up TS lunch at House of Blues and I also really liked my CS lunch at Kringla cafe in Norway. And my most favorite meal of the trip was a TS lunch at Beaches and Cream with giant sundaes for dessert of course.
