Non-Disney Grand Cayman Excursion

My family and I hare planning our excursions for the stops on our western Fantasy cruise in July, Grand Cayman being one of them. We looked at the ones offered by Disney and none of them really popped out at us. So we decide to look to companies outside of Disney (gasp). The only thing is that it seems like everyyyy company goes to Stingray City. It's not that we don't want to go, it's just that we've been before and want to experience something else. So my question is if anyone has been on some good non-Disney excursions. A little background is that we're a family of 5 with a 20 year old, 18 year old, and 15 year old. We're pretty adventurous and are willing to try almost anything, but as I said we'd prefer not to go to Stingray City. I'd love to hear some recommendations for some awesome Grand Cayman tours!

Another Native Way recommendation. We've gone with them twice and they are wonderful. Their website is nativewaywatersports.

This might be a bit laid back for your bunch, but we took a bus (the public buses are vans) to 7 Mile Beach and hung out by the Surfside Beach Bar & Restaurant which was right next to Tiki Beach. I thought the beach was great and the atmosphere was fun with a dj spinning music at the Surfside.
