My Disney experience... problems

I'm having lots of problems with My disney experience on my iphone. it won't let me see my reservation. I tried to link it, said not found. I spoke to tech support AND reservations. both said my name, e mail address and conf# were correct in the system. They didn't know what the problem was, but did say they were getting lots of calls with the same issue. I deleted the app and reloaded it. now it says my reservation is linked, but I still cannot see it. is it because we aren't going till October? I need to make my dining reservations tomorrow, and I hope I'm not going to have a problem....
any suggestions?? or should I just use my computer? Thanks for your help!

Yep, they still have not fixed it entirely!
IMHO.... the app is a waste!

Let me see if I can post the link to another thread that has been going on for months because of all the problems.....

I just use Touringplans.com great site!

Definitley use your regular computer to pull up the WDW site and make reservations!

Thanks! I will just go line and make my reservations. I've been reading a little about the problems with MDE. Luckily I'm a WDW vet, and don't really need to search for too much info. I was hoping MDE would make it easier to keep track of res # or Dining times, etc. I will just use other apps for that.
I was just afraid I would have a problem making dining reservations if it wouldn't link to my resort reservation. Tomorrow is the day I get up early to snag those reservations!

I haven't had any issues with all and was able to find all my reservations!

One of my ADR's refuses to link. I have tried a number of times. Everything else linked just fine.

I'm hoping that because I can't link it to my package reservation, it will still let me do 180 + 10. it's the +10 I'm worried about. worst case I'll have to do it by phone.

Save yourself the frustration and hold off on the app n check back in a month or so.

I'd strongly suggest calling in your ADRs or use your computer.

I had a problem like that with my iPhone 4s and finally figured out that it couldn't find the reservation because my last name is hyphenated!!! When I took out the hyphen all of a sudden it found it.

I am having the EXACT same issue!! it says my ressie is linked but I don't see it (this is only on the app, not the website)...

what's the number for tech support anyway?

Today the darn app won't show wait times or if/when FP is available. It only has the attractions categorized in short wait times, moderate, etc.

I'm seeing actual wait times and FP return times on my iPad.

I have the app but when I went to make my ADR's, my husband and I are going on our Honeymoon in early Oct, the app and website where useless and I had to call in. It all worked out but didn't boost my confidence in the next gen tech!
