Disney Vaca Starts Tomorrow. Where Do I Eat?

Solo Disney vacation starting Sunday through Friday. Too many places that I want to try or revisit. Where should I go and what should I eat. Not a picky eater but no signature restaurants please.

Pop Century. No parks tomorrow on arrival day but no other set plans all week.

Given that most places can be booked 6 months out I think you need to start with looking at what's available & go from there.

A lot will depend on your party size and your flexibility in terms of times.
