Any thoughts?

Both are good--but I prefer Blue Zoo. Better menu I think and a larger menu as well. Also fewer kids (not that Citricos is over-run with kids--by WDW standards it's usually fairly quiet)

The only drawback might be if there is a convention at Swan/Dolphin. If so, there is always a SLIGHT chance of a loud group of expense-accounters making the restaurant more noisy than it usually is (this happened to us only once in all the times we've been to Blue Zoo).

Should add that they have my favorite WDW appetizer of them all--scallops with braised short ribs. MIGHTY FINE!!!!

They are both really good and you really can't go wrong with either choice. I think the food at Citricos might be a drop better. The atmosphere at Citricos is a bit more romantic but I like the vibe in Bluezoo. & the drinks are better at Bluezoo. I would choose the menu you think would be better for you since either is good.

I agree with Uncleromulus. While there is nothing wrong with Citricos whatsoever, bluezoo is simply better and more unique. And that Scallop appetizer is the single best dish served in all of WDW, except for the plates that emerge from the kitchen at Victoria & Albert's.

I think bluezoo is a much better restaurant. And I agree with Jimmy V regarding the scallop appetizer. I have enjoyed every dish I've had at bluezoo but the scallop appetizer certainly sets itself apart.

My whole family enjoys Bluezoo much more than Citricos. However, we are heavily into fish.

BZ is probably our favorite restaurant in WDW. I have never had a bad experience at Citricos, it's a great restaurant. But we like the menu, atmosphere & drinks at BZ better. And we do like the fact that it's usually more adult oriented, since it's usually just the two of us these days. Just eating in the lounge for Crab Nachos & a Zooberry Martini is the stuff of dreams....
