Paying Off PKG Making ADRs

Do I have to pay off my Disney World Package before I can take advantage of the 180 +10 days option for ADRs?

No. Just make sure that, should you have to cancel your trip, that you should cancel your ADRs too. Some require prepayment and some require a credit card hold and you'll lose $10 for any ADR that you no show.

Will do thank you =)

How long before my actual trip do I need to have the package completely paid off? I'm working on my budget for the trip.

While I'm here can anyone advise on the Disney Website? I'm thinking about ordering several gift cards ranging in price between 100 - 150. Is it a good idea to get these cards from the Disney card site? I like the idea of picking up some cards with villains on them and I don't think I'm going to find that at my local Target. If I do order from their site - any idea how long my merchandise is likely to take?

I *think* the payoff date is at 45 days out.

Do you live close to a Disney Store?

Yeah, Target only has a very basic Disney gift card, but, if you have the Red Card that's linked to your checking account, you can save 5% on the gift cards too.

I don't qualify for credit cards.
I don't have bad credit - I just ghost in the system... in other words I don't have bad credit, I have no credit. As for the most part I have paid with everything I have ever bought with some variation of cash.

I've been reading some really bad reviews on the the online Disney store though and now I'm a little leery about using them.

1. Don't buy them through the online store. You have to use them at the online store.

2. Do you not have a checking account? Our red card is debit and linked to our checking accounts.

I got one sent to me and it has to be used online.

OP,
I would still go to the Disney Store is possible, especially if cash is preferable.

There are Disney Store Online gift cards which sounds like what you got. They have to be used at the Disney Store online website.

There are also Disney gift cards which erionm linked that can be used at the parks, at the Disney Stores, the cruise line and other places. These gift cards can be purchased through the Disney Store.com or they have their own website and can be purchased there:

Just in case you ever are interested, try a credit union. They gave DH credit when he had almost the same situation as you. He had gotten a car loan, but it was a bad one with awful interest (like, seriously awful), but soon after our credit union was willing to take a chance with him.

The RED card at Target doesn't have to be a CC; they can link it to your debit/checking account.

disneystore.com has BOTH types of GCs. They have online-only certificates AND normal Disney Gift Cards. The trick is to be sure you know what you're ordering.

Payoff: 45 days out for a package. Once you get there for a room-only.

I have bad credit and have been denied credit many times. Just recently I got the Capitol One secured card. I nearly fell over in shock! I paid $49 and got a card with a $200 limit. It's a small limit but my intention is to use it and pay it off monthly to build my credit back up.

You can get the red debit card at target. It's not a credit card if you want but good for you not running up credit debt!!!!

This has nothing to do with themeparks - but no. You can male your ressies as soon as the window opens.
