Alamo rental ?

I keep trying to get rates with various coupons on alamo's site. I am over 25 but everytime i enter a code and hit submit it tells me that I must be over 21 but not older than 24. I am not getting it since this is not in the terms and conditions of any of the coupons.

It worked just fine for me.
Try another computer. Maybe there is some cookie on that computer that is causing the issue

I just tried on my sons computer and same thing. It's driving me crazy, all I want to do is get a quote...grr at the rate this is going I am just going to chance taking my own van down there.

Are you signed in to Alamo? If so is it possible that you gave the wrong birth year and so they *think* that you are under 25? Check your profile and make sure it's ok that way.

Other than that I have no idea why it would do that to you. You could also delete your Alamo cookies, that may work.

Alamo seems to be having website difficulties lately. We finally secured a good rate and I have been unable to view the reservation on line. Each time I try, I receive a message to call the 888 number. I called and was told the reservation was secure and he would send an email confirmation. We reviewed the email address and I did not receive it. Called again tonight. Once again, they said it would be emailed. Nothing. I have a confirmation, so I am going to hope for the best. But it is frustrating.

Call Alamo. Did you sign into an Insider Account? If so, try doing the reservation without signing in to the Insider's Account. Like someone mentioned before, you may have put in the wrong birthdate. Also, make sure that you have checked the proper age on the first page of the reservation screen.
