So disgusted....

with myself! I went to the dr. today and had to weigh just after lunch and I have gained 11 pounds since I was there over a year ago. I am so upset. I want to be back to where I am comfortable again. Please help me! I need suggestions!

Definitely agree with above, logging your food is huge. Best thing about myfitnesspal (which DW and I use) is you can add friends and hold each other accountable.

Where do you find your biggest struggles are? Eating or being active? Clean eating and just getting out for a walk can go a long way!
