Absolutely you can. Narcoosee's is an excellent location. If you are dining inside and have a window you will have no problem seeing. The only thing that will block your view could be those standing outside watching it on the deck. In that case your server will be more than willing to accomidate your dining so that you can step outside as well and watch it. They also pipe the music into the restaurant during Wishes. I should also mention that Narcoossee's is also an excellent location to see the Electric Water Pagent as it goes by.

Yup, as the PP said, you can see Wishes from Narcoossee's. This is the view:

I would aim for about an hour before the scheduled start of fireworks.

We had a reservation at 7:30, not knowing about Wishes. We weren't seated until after 8 and Wishes was at 10pm. It was perfect timing, with appetizers, dinner and dessert we were just finishing up when the fireworks started. They dim the lights and play the wishes music right in the restaurant or you can go outside and watch it from the balcony.

1) Some seats can see the fireworks.
2) For other seats, you need to get up and stand outside.
3) Once in a while you can wait for a window seat.
4) USUALLY, you have to take the seat given to you.

We had a wonderful dinner there.
We went outside after apps and before our dinner to watch the electric water parade and then just before dessert to see wishes.
It was truly a magical night!!

Personally, I would not try hard to get a window table at Narcossee's. I've been there half a dozen or so times (October, December, and March) and there were always folks out on the veranda blocking the inside view. The only time the veranda was empty was a December dinner when it was near freezing outside (not exaggerating, it was during that 2011 first week of December cold spell). I would plan to go outside to watch the show (they also pipe the music out onto the veranda).
