Help With Annual Pass

Hey everyone. My family is headed down to WDW this coming June for 8 days, and I'm contemplating getting an annual pass for myself. My main question is, if I'm an annual pass holder, would I be able to get a discount on our room at the Wilderness Lodge for our upcoming trip? Or are the room discounts more sporadic throughout the year? As an AP holder, do we even GET room discounts? I don't know much about the AP, an haven't done a lot of research on it, so I thought I'd turn to you all.

I'm thinking that my son and I would be taking another short weekend trip for his birthday in October, or possibly a quick trip with just my wife and I in November/December. Any help or suggestions would be great!

You will get a discount on all the hotels at Disney. If you go to Disney 10 days the pass will pay for itself.

The AP room discount is a special that has to be booked through Disney. It is not automatic just because you're a passholder. It is a room discount not much better than the Florida Resident Discount and only applies to some rooms. If you booked through Disney, call and ask the reservationist if there are any AP discounts on your room for your dates. The current discount is on select rooms through June 3rd.

There are other nice perks including free parking, discounts on the Halloween and Christmas party tickets, merchandise discounts, and discounts at select places to eat.

Hope this helps!

You should get a discount on the resort as well as 10% off at many dining locations. If you aren't planning to add the dining plan then look into the tables in wonderland card. I happen to think if you were planning to get he tables in Wonderland card and ordered the most expensive meal every time you went out to eat then you would be miles ahead versus using the dining plan.

BIG perk if you have a car you save parking fees $14 (or is it $15 now) per day
