I thought that showed what an awesome teddy bear he really was.
I hear ya. My mom died from pancreatic cancer a couple of years ago. She and I had talked about doing a trip to DL with ODD & YDD, but it never happened. Sometimes when I look at pictures of Flo's Cafe, I get kind of weepy because I know that she just would have loved it. The place is decorated just like the 1950s diners that she grew up going to as a kid.

So it is kind of with that vibe that I have a hard time coming up with a bucket list of the top 5 things I'd want to do at DL before I died. I think that just being there and soaking it all in would be great. If I was so sick that I couldn't walk or go on any rides, I would go in a wheelchair because it truly is the Happiest Place on Earth. Can't wait to see my kids' reactions when we go there for the first time next month!!!!

5) Sit on a bench in the hub looking around at everything at night, slowly walk down the exact middle of Main Street, and wave bye at Walt's apartment.

What a sad thought of leaving Disneyland forever and ever
You can meet steamboat(:
If you ask for him in that line for Mickey they will have you wait and you can meet him :D

Way to make me tear up.

I feel like my trip to WDW with my grandma in October will be our last trip there together, so it's gonna be an emotional trip.

Anyways, I'm going to Disneyland for my "first" time in June and your lists give me ideas. I've apparently been there twice as a child (only remember going once and the memories are so scattered I don't really consider that I remember it.)

I would not want to know it would be my last visit. I would want to do the same things I always do blissfully unaware. Afterwards, I would have no regrets.

Enjoy every trip like it is your last.

I am just sticking to Disneyland, since that's what the OP said, and because it makes it a little easier to choose...

1. People Watch on Main Street for a few hours
2. Get a Monte Cristo at the Blue Bayou
3. Splash Mountain
4. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in the dark
5. (I actually just did this one a few weeks ago Take one last ride on the carousel (late at night) and soak it all in before bidding the park goodbye
