Next week I will be able to book our ADR's. Below is what I have. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated, especially for counter service options. I'm stuck on our MK and DHS days.

Arrival Night: Dinner at Rainforest Café - DTD
Animal Kingdom: Breakfast: Tusker House, Dinner: Resort food court
Magic Kingdom: Lunch: ?? (need counter serv.), Dinner: Be Our Guest
Day Off: Dinner: 1900 Park Fare
Hollywood Studios: Lunch: 50's Prime Time, Dinner: ?? (Need counter serv.)
Epcot: Breakfast: Akershus Princess, Dinner: Biegarten
Day off: Dinner: Ohana

Of course you know you don't need ADR's for counter service meals, right?

That said, I would recommend Columbia Harbor House, Cosmic Ray's or Pecos Bill's for CS lunch at MK, in that order and depending on what your people like to eat. If you can't get BOG for dinner, consider doing that for lunch and then one of the above for dinner.

I can't recommend any CS meals at the Studios other than sandwiches at Starring Rolls, and that place closes early. If pressed, I would actually go over to Epcot to eat and then come back before I would eat CS at HS again. But of course you'd need park hoppers for that.

I think your ADR's look great!!!
For CS at MK I would recommend Columbia Harbour House, followed by Cosmic Rays or Pecos Bill. I don't love any CS in DHS, but the Backlot Express is okay.
Have Fun

I think the menu at Columbia Harbour House looks good, but not sure if everyone in our group would like it. Does Pecos Bills have indoor seating? We will be wanting air conditioning that time of year
I should've mentioned I realize we don't need ADR's for quick service.

I'm wondering if we should just pay for an extra table service and do Sci Fi and 50's instead of a counter service at DHS. We don't have park hopper tix. Can Sci-Fi accommodate parties of 7? None of the quick serv menu's at DHS look very good.

Yes, you can do 7 at Sci-Fi. And I would recommend paying OOP and doing Sci-Fi instead of a CS dinner at HS.
