17 minute walk during my lunch break and 27 minutes of 30ds. I also got out with DH & DSs and went geocaching in the woods. We hiked around for about an hour, but I'm not counting that as exercise since it wasn't intense (but a ton of fun).

95 minutes and 6.5 miles on the treadmill today. Redid C25K week 5 day 1 and C25K week 1.

That's just walks. Later today I'll do my physical therapy exercises. Went to PT on Monday for the first time and she was not enthusiastic about me running. Thought I might be able to cross train on a bike in 2-4 weeks, but really I am just supposed to be off my knee for the rest of my life! Getting old and falling apart is so not fun!!

Linda - I'm not supposed to be running either according to my PT, but my orthopedic doc said yesterday that as long as it's HELPING (which it is), then I can run. I do have knee problems and pain, but running and plyo actually helps them feel better, as long as I don't over do it. Now yoga, different story. My knees cannot handle planks and downward dogs and crazy yogi things! Maybe someday, but not yet.

What happened to your knee?
