POR or ASMO opinions please.
Hi. I need to add two nights following a DVC BLT stay. It will be just me and DS who will be 15 months at the time. The trip is next month. I have the AP rate for ASMO preferred room. I see that I could stay in a standard view at POR for the same amount for my dates.
I thought ASMO looked good as there is so much visual stimulation for DS. But I'm not sure. I don' think the boat to DTD is a factor for us as I am only really planning the parks, mostly MK. It also seems like ASMO has a neat water play area that he could handle. Not sure sure about POR. I do think it would be nice to walk him in the stroller on the path to POFQ. He also loves to see horse drawn carriages so that might interest him. But those huge Disney icons at ASMO still call to me (for him ). What to do!Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bring on the opinions ![]() and thank you! Lisa

Imho
Hi Lisa,
After reading your post it seems that you are leaning strongly torward ASM. If that is correct, then go for it. No matter what anybody says it's ultimately your decision. Both resorts are great, rooms are larger@ POR as well as beds. AsM Lotta Themematic advantages. Whichever you choose want be wrong just enjoy. |

We love Movies but if the price is good and since your child is only 15 months, I would stay at POR. POR IMO is better for the adults.....I think your son won't really care, lol. Good luck deciding!
