Don't forget rain. Not all day rain but expect short strong showers. If its lightning seek shelter.

We were there a little later in September. Low crowds, high heat, and you have to make ADRs because of free dining.

It ranks as one of the slowest weeks of the year, about 1-3 out of 10 for crowds.

Weather will average 88-90 degrees (easily up to 93). Rain can be sporadic.

We went last Sept 17th. Crowds were NOT low last September. Almost every day the fastpass machines were "sold out" by 2pm on E tickets. Parks were wall to wall people all but one day. I talked to a CM about the crowd levels and she said that September is a big month for Australians to visit and FD has made Sept a busy month. For us, we saw little difference between mid Sept and mid July as far as weather and crowds.

That being said, Fall FD made the trip. We did HDDR, SOA, and Boma. Places we normally we couldn't afford.

The crowds are lower, but just between last year and the year before I have noticed that there are more people, probably a lot to do with the free dining promotion.

Resturants are crowded, alot of people are off doing those thing, and sometimes the "space" in the parks is more crowded than normal, but the rides were great last year for us. I was there the 10-21st last year and found it to be awesome for pretty much everything.

Weather is hot, heck of a lot of hot, and rain, it will rain anywhere from ten to sixty minutes, most of the time it would pass pretty quickly, but a few days we gave in and got ponchos because of it!

I agree about the crowds. We were there 12 - 21 Sept 2012 and it was very busy. The weather was VERY VERY HOT!!! But we still had an awesome time!

Last year, we were there 9/15 through 9/25 & it was more crowded than the previous year when we were there September 2011. And September 2011 (our 1st September) was more crowded than I thought it would be.

Weather was hot, but unbearably so (but we live in the South).
