Do any of the restaurants have lactaid to drink?

I don't believe so. I took a lot of the chewable tablets with me and crossed my fingers on the last trip. Good Luck!

I've never seen it at Disney. I take the pills with me for dairy foods and just go without drinking milk for the trip.

email or call special diets. They carry soy, rice, almond and coconut milk upon request. There are many items that aren't on the menu but available.

We didn't ask for Lact-Aid, but my DD drinks soy milk and was able to get it at every TS we asked for it at and the food court at the resort. There are lots of options at WDW, it can't hurt to ask. Once, even our waiter was surprised that they had chocolate soymilk, LOL.
