Around November 1 or just before Easter in spring.
Check out my tag under my user name. Wrote that 10 years ago and tag fairy picked it out!

Lowest crowds possible taking into account the above

I know that leaves out winter, holidays and summer, but when would be nicest fall/spring?

There are no guarantees of those temps at any time of the year. We have had *hot* weather in the south as early as Apr-May, also Oct-Nov. It all just depends. No two years seem to be alike. Just have to pick your time and hope for the weather you want.

April after the Spring Break crowds clear out has had some lovely weather the last few years.

Crowd wise you definitely can't go wrong!

That is funny..I guess different people can be at the same place/same time, and not feel the same way about the weather. Your perfection is not mine and vice versa

For us, 89 degrees with humidity was enough to make us know for our next visit we don't want to visit during that weather. We don't like to be uncomfortable when we are so active outside all day. Low 80's without humidity would be great, but we don't enjoy being uncomfortable when we're out walking so much. Our little ones were flushed from the heat, and they were being pushed around LOL.

That being said, I know everyone is different, and some folks enjoy the warmer weather and don't mind humidity.
