I have taken three Tauck trips. The first one was not so impressive, it was a Bridges trip to London and Paris. The two that followed, New York, and the Grand Australia and New Zealand were fantastic. I hope yours is fantastic.

Were the 2nd & 3rd trip Bridges trips, or "regular" Tauck trips?

There was a trip Oct. 2011 which ran with only 9 people in it. Our Greece guide Chris did it but he didn't elaborate much other than saying its a great itinerary. It really is and we booked it twice and canceled twice.

Twice?!?! I would be so disappointed!! I hope it doesn't completely disappear, it does look to have a wonderful itinerary.

Just off the Fantasy and talked with the ABD guy on board. He said that they are planning to resume Egypt itineraries in 2014. This is reflected on the website but I would still be worried they would cancel.

Yea, I saw that the early 2014 dates were still there. Figured they would keep them around until dates got closer, see how things went.

The trip on ABD site has a pretty high price tag in comparison to some other trips. Anybody know how much they have increased since last May?

The pricing on there is the initial pricing. I think it's a bit more due to the embedded cruise down the nile and additional security.
