4 people in an inside stateroom???

How do four people fit in an inside stateroom? From the pictures it looks like two twin beds. Anyone have experience with this?

Well, there is a queen bed for two, which only separates into two twins on the Magic and Wonder.
Then there is a couch, which transforms itself into a pretty comfortable twin bed for one.
Then there is the ceiling pull down for one. It comes out of the ceiling. It comes with a rail and ladder. You can ask for more railing if needed.

Depends on the ship.

Magic/Wonder have a queen bed that can be split into twins.
Dream/Fantasy have a queen bed that cannot be split into twins, so with a group of four it would have to accommodate 2 people.
There will also be a single pullout couch.
Some staterooms have a pull-down bunk as well. Staterooms that do will sleep four.

BTW, our family of 4 were in an inside stateroom on a RCCL ship. I was impressed that it felt spacious given we were jammed into a tiny space. I unpacked everything from my suitcases and I still had drawers and closet spaces empty! We did not feel crowded in at all. Granted we didn't spend a massive amount of time in there....

We have done it both cruises with no issue. We were two adults and two (sometimes three) kids though. However, my sister and her three adult children slept in an inside cabin just fine. Is it a bit cramped? Yes, but is it completely doable? Absolutely.

Like others said if it sleeps four there will be a pull-down bed above the couch that flips over and turns into a small bed.
