remy @chefs de france

thought it would be fun to try and see remy at chefs de France. I've seen one of the times he is there is at 2:50. would you go with a 2:00 or 2:20 ADR...

I would go with the earlier (2 pm) ADR. Les Chefs sometimes run behind on seating, so this gives you a little more cushion time. If they are running late and you are seated near the start of Remy's circuit, you might miss him. He doesn't come back if you aren't at your table or are in the process of being seated. Better to have to wait to see Remy, than to just miss him.

I agree! You would rather be there early and just linger over coffee/dessert than miss him because you are waiting in the entryway to be seated.

We ate there a couple of years ago during lunch so I could see him. It was delicious and Remy was adorable.

Have a great trip!
