dress code at Jiko?

We are going to Jiko to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday by her request. What is the dress code there? Can we go in our capris/tennis shoes?

We recently stayed at AKL and in Jiko we saw many guests in park attire. You should be fine!

Signature dinners are a special evening for us. We always freshen up and dress up a bit. I usually wear linen capris, a lace blouse and dressy sandals. DH and DS wear dress shorts, sport shirs with collars, and leather shoes.
I personally would not wear tennis shoes to Jiko.
That said, you will see folks dressed as you describe.
It is what you are comfortable in
Have Fun

Concentrate on what is expressly "not permitted".
Anything else is fine.
Including tennis shoes. You will note that footwear isn't even mentioned in the dress "guidelines".

What you propose to wear will be just fine!!

Thanks!!!

We are going to AK that day then back to the room to freshen up for dinner at 5:00 pm. Going to close the night at Epcot so comfortable shoes are a must.

Thanks again!!!

When we were at Jiko in September, DD wore Capris and sneakers and a nice top. I wore the same with sandals. We did notice that a young couple came to the desk and the man was wearing shorts and a tank top. Someone at the desk gave the man a white short-sleeved dress shirt to put on. So they do enforce the tank top rule.
