Rainforest Room on the Wonder

Can anyone explain to me what the Rainforest room is? I think it's different from the actual spa where massages, facials etc. take place.

What's the pass all about?

Thanks!

DH and I got a rainforest pass for our Alaska cruise. It's a room with several steam rooms and a sauna. A quiet place where you can relax. No kids allowed, and it's co-ed so people wear their swim suits under bathrobes there.

I didn't try it on our 3-nt cruise (no time) but it was very nice on the 7-nt to Alaska since it was nice and warm in there (there are warm tile loungers for you to relax on) and it was cold out on the deck.

I had read about it here, so we went to the spa on day#1 and checked it out and decided to try it. It's inside the same spa where they do the massages (had one of those, too, and it was great!)

Hope this helps.

The rainforest room is indeed separate from the treatment rooms/areas, but it is in the spa area. There are 4 heated tile loungers, a sauna room, a steam room, and aromatherapy steam room, and showers with special heads & I think scents. It is fairly small, but very quiet and nice.

We loved the rainforest room on our Alaska cruise in 2011 and plan to do it again when we return this August. We bought the week long pass for the two of us and got a free Exotic Rasul treatment. We would go there at least once a day for 1/2 to 1 hour and enjoy the steam room, sauna, and aromatherapy rooms. Then, we would hit the showers in the spa area so we didn't have to shower in our cabins. Just a nice place for some peace and quiet and the beginning or end (or both!) of the day!
