Help needed please - DCL site won't work on my desktop, but does on my laptop
When I try to go to the site on my desktop, I get an HTTP 400 error. The site is working on both laptops. I need to print the signature form, and can only do it through my desktop.

 It took me a while to figure out how to save it, and then it said - This webpage could not be saved. We have been trying to get the site to work on the desktop off & on since about 7. It just didn't make sense why it wouldn't work. In frustration, I just kept hitting refresh now, and it suddenly started working.
