Yes, we had a look around it last Nov knowing they were offering good rates for his year, I could have booked it at £33/nt a few week ago but its more expensive than the Fairfield just now.
Downside was its a grab and go breakfast with no seating unless you sit out by the pool, not that we are too bothered about breakfast but it wasn't as welcoming as the Fairfield.

It was ticketed with United but didn't look in detail, might have been codeshare.

On Kayak, up slightly at £566 this morning.
You have to search multiple times daily when looking for flights, I search at least 6 times a day. Their daily update is not good.

Glad you got flights booked and looking forward to hearing how you get on in Dublin.

We will just miss you though as we fly out with Aer Lingus on 27th July.

Glad you got sorted out. We didn't have this problem as we are off to the West Coast this year courtesy of Avios, so flights have been booked since last September!!! One thing that has always put me off the Air Lingus flights is that on the return, there is usually a 5-6 hour layover in Dublin for the Manchester flight - is it the same from Boston or does this flight allow you to catch a morning Manchester flight?

We would have liked to stay a little longer and pop across to Marthas Vineyard (love the Jaws films) but dont think we'll get there this time.
We stayed at the Sheraton on Back Bay back in 2011, booked for £80/night through Priceline (very little risk as at the time, betterbidding.com advised there were only two hotels of that star rating and location!!). Location wise, about a 20 minute walk to the harbour, an easy stroll to the Common, right by the Prudential Centre and the Cheesecake Factory, and loads of restaurants on nearby Boyleston Street.

We did the Duck Tour which we all thought was really good, also went up the Prudential Skywalk at sunset, visited the Aquarium (not too impressed with this) and spent a full day at the Museum of Science and Industry. We used a Go Select Card that allowed us to pick and choose our atractions but still gave us a useful discount and skip the line at the Aquarium and Museum.

You will get dinner on the dublin to Orlando flight normally a choice between chicken or beef and then you get a scone that comes with jam and butter about an hour before you land

Just read on another thread, I thought the food option was meal or nothing, didn't know it was for a meal upgrade.
We will probably still eat in the airport and not eat onboard.

Hey Wayne,

Just a heads up not sure if you have flown via Dublin before but if eating in the airport get something to eat before immigration!! We got caught out last time and wanted immigration out the way before considering food!!! There is only 1 choice after immigration and it was ridiculously expensive (more so than usual) and only sold 1 slice of pizza or soup tea and coffee from memory. We got duped and ended up paying something like ¬9 for that slice of pizza each!!!! More choice on other side e.g Burger King KFC cafes subway etc all the usuals

Hope this helps
Jenn
