Need address for complaint/lack of refund.

FI tried sending a letter to Tom Wolber at DCL and it got returned. We're trying to find someone to contact about our refund. We were booked on the September '13 DVC member only cruise before it was a members only cruise. Our reservation had to be cancelled and then rebooked with new funds. We've been waiting for the refund of our original deposit since November. No progress has been made and we keep getting the run around from CM we've been talking to on the phone. Does anyone have any suggestions of a person/address to send the letter to?

I just want to check to make sure there isn't a better place before I send it out to the address I see listed on DCL website.

You could try the Better Business Bureau. Make sure to document all of your attempted contacts.
