Paid VGF with credit card and now multiple charges

Did anyone else have this problem?

The total for our transaction including closing costs was $19,109.48. There was a charge for this then a credit back for the same amount. Then there was a charge for $665.30 and a charge for $19,767.13. Next there was a credit for $650.00 and a credit for $7.65. This left a net charge of $19,774.78.

I have e-mailed my guide copies of the charges and credits and spoke with her on the phone but she has not been able to get this resolved. Any ideas where to go from here? I am tempted to get my credit card company involved but I am not sure I want to escalate that much.

just a thought

Just a thought. Did they charge you the credit card fee similar to what the IRS would do if you paid your taxes with a credit card. The reason I ask is because the extra equals 3.4%.

I doubt your guide can help. Call Member Services (800) *********. They can get you to the right department. Good luck.

There isn't a CC fee and we just had several CC charges processed and we are waiting on the last one without any errors so far. You need to get in touch with the quality assurance team. They actually process your paperwork and they can correct the error. The Guides just make the sale and turn everything over to someone else.

Quality assurance is who you need to talk to. The info on how to contact them is in your paperwork. They handle virtually everything after the guide gets you to agree to the sale.
