At last i can say i have lost a little more weight again, another 2 pounds off so i am definitely now under the 11 stones mark...this MFP app is helping me along with all your encouragement too.
Such hard work but so very worth it ( must stop looking at food porn on this site) I am at my lightest weight in years and it feels so good and i am determined to keep to my healthy eating choices.
Now roll out the summer clothing in the shops and I can get organising my smaller holiday wardrobe again. Packing lighter cases should be easier this year for sure.

A good weigh in result for me this morning too after last weeks gain. 2lb down putting me into the 10's (just!)
I must not eat too much Birthday Cake this weekend and stay in the 10's now!

A frustrating 0.4lb loss for me this week...I am soooo close to my 1 stone mark I can almost touch it! I really am hoping for it next week and I'll be made up I can re-set my targets then too for the next goal.

Good Luck everyone this week, we're all doing super well to have got this far into 2013 and still be going strong! Well done everyone!

I'm back after quite a few weeks of not dieting and putting my head in the sand.

Have had a tough few weeks and as usual have turned to comfort eating which is my biggest downfall.

Well I gave my head a wobble yesterday and decided I need to get back into it and start by finding out how much I weigh and taking it from there.

I just weighted myself and have been pleasantly surprised that I have actually lost 1lb since I was last weighed so feel quite happy now.

Just need to keep myself in gear and stick to it now.

Good luck to every-one for this week xx

I have been losing and gaining the same couple of pounds all month , time to give myself a kick and get back on track.

I've been aerobics this morning in hope it'll help me shift the pesky bit I need to hit my 1 stone mark. I'll be then readjusting my goals and going for another half a stone before my holidays in June I do still need to loose more than that, but 1.5 stone before my holidays would be a great start

I lost another pound this week, I think it's because I have started doing less time exercising but making my work out more intense as well as keeping to my goals with healthy eating. I hope everyone has a good week too.
My course is going as well as can be expected but the tutor seems to be rushing us and saying things like "kids pick this up so easily but they dont have the worries of an adult" but we are saying to ourselves yes but they learn all this from a really early age and are very confident with it by age 11.
So i have to catch up still to my DS but he has offered to help m if i get stuck with homework (yes i get that too), so sweet of him to offer though. Easter chocolates are already here and I want to make them last at 60 calories each I'm gonna have to be very careful not to over indulge, keep up the good work.

Opppsss, a 1lb gain for me this week. I blame yesterday! Food yesterday consisted of porridge, snickers bar, cheese on toast, trifle, cheesecake and birthday cake! I think it was a case of its snowy and cold outside, I can't do anything and it's my birthday and I'll eat what I want to!
