I did 25 minutes of 30 day shred and a 30 minute ab class yesterday, and 25 minutes of 30 day shred and a 30 minute cardio class today.

My new total is: 750/1000!! Woohoo!

Tried xc skiing for the first time today, WOW. Just wow. It's hard! BUt very fun.

We skiied for 2.5 hours net, according to the HRM. I'm counting every minute and I'm eating junk for dinner with impunity.

Adding 30 min Sunday walking, 90 min Gym, mostly treadmill and arm and waist machines..........especially that twisty thing I hate so much, but works so good! so adding 120
