My ortho surgeon said I need to take it just a little easier...

But anyway, did
10 minutes stationary bike
16 minutes calisthenics
10 minutes stretching
10 minutes weight training

A house without a dog is just a shelter. Wag more; bark less

I've eaten at 66 out of 245 restaurants at Walt Disney World (27%)

Good evening everyone! Managed a walk at work this afternoon putting up posters for an event as my perfect excuse. Got 25 minutes in. New total 170/620.

45 for me - 35 running and 10 on the elliptical brings me to 361/900.

As a group, we have done 9122 minutes of exercise; I have a feeling we will easily break 10,000 by the weekend if not tomorrow!

ETA: the list is updated through this post (#202). I meant to say that.

I'm here to tell you - I'm nearly 51, just started walking last June, and I'm tickled pink (or maybe orange after today!) to see time improvements that I didn't expect. Yay to Runkeeper for breaking it all down for me.
That's so awesome!! and yes, you are definitely Clemson orange today. (Sorry, couldn't resist! my first college football game was Clemson/A&M Military Day. There was a flyover. It was awesome.)

Squeaking in for the pink! I was just about to post "updated" and came back and saw you. Nicely done.
