45 minutes of weights and stretching
15 bonus minutes- I was getting ready for 1 hour of cardio kickboxing but I only lasted 15 minutes and had to bow out because my shins hurt too much during a running side punch. 540/1250 I am going to swim tomorrow. Wish me luck. Bring on the ice. |
