My question is....I got a new iMac for Christmas this year that doesn't have a cd/DVD drive. So are the images from the photo pass+ only on cd or can I download them to my Mac some other way? Not sure it's worth it if only on CD since I can't load them onto my computer that way. I haven't idea why the apple "genius" told my DH I wouldn't need a cd drive on my computer!?
If a CD drive is important to you, you can buy an Apple® - SuperDrive 8x External USB Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive. You can plug it into a USB port when you want to use it, and then unplug it and put it away when you don't need it. You can get them directly from Apple or at Best Buy:

If you buy a Mac Mini, you can't get a CD drive in it even if you want to. Not sure about the iMac. Not sure if the genius said to your daughter, "Don't bother getting an optical drive in the iMac, you won't need it" or "You can't get an optical drive in your iMac, but you won't need it anyway."

I'll try to catch up again in a week. But I'm not sure ill be able to get through the 50 more pages you all are sure to put up between now and then.

Later!
Have a wonderful time!!

I have been Lurking for months now, and appreciate all of the experience that is shared on these boards. We are staying at the Beach Club , standard view , starting the second week of May. We have stayed at the contemporary all of our prior stays. It is our DD sixth birthday. I want to do online check in , but don't feel like reading 72 pages again. So a basic recap of general requests would be greatly appreciated. Close to Epcot , (pluses, minuses) --- close to SAB (pros and cons) . Greatly Appreciated. I love the OCD of most of the board members, take that the right way, it blends so well with mine

Great to know! I am having issues installing our new printer on my computer b/c I can't use the install cd. There appears to be a missing driver on the manufacturer website so the scanner won't function.

I tried to go thru all the pages, but may have missed what I am looking for.....Does anyone know how many CL rooms at the BC do not have a day bed? I am looking for a room WITH a day bed for my son, and I am trying to figure out what my chances of not getting one will be.

Thank you -

to you and to the other new posters to this thread!

I know the answer you were looking for was given in a previous response, but I wanted to let you know that if you don't get a room with a daybed, you can request a rollaway cot. As long as there is one available, it will be provided to you free of charge.

DID DISNEY REALLY GET HIT BY A TORNADO? Any DISer's down there that can confirm or deny? If it's true (and I'm NOT saying it is as I am in NY), I hope everyone's ok. If it is not true, damn news outlets and social media sites for spinning up the public.

I was watching the weather channel and they were showing tornadic type clouds at port canaveral. Stay safe down there!

I heard the same thing. I believe it was from a reliable source.

I am pretty new to this thread. But, I have learned that everyone here is quite knowledgeable about the YC and BC and replies appear pretty quickly.
