Haha! I live just outside Vancouver, Canada where Lululemon originated and you can not take 6 steps anywhere without finding a mom FULLY decked out in Lulus - pants, socks, sweaters, jackets, bags.... When I drop my kids off at school, I would say that at least 50% of the moms are in lululemon. At the pool, it's more like 75%. It's crazy. I personally don't know how people can afford it! Lol...

No worries about the original thread. People just have bad days and take offense easier than others. You can't get away from it so don't worry about it too much!

I've never heard of them before. I thought it was made up just to be funny. It is a funny sounding name.

Me, after a day at the office (pre-kids): "Man, I can't wait to get home and change out of this suit and pantyhose into jeans!"

Me, now (stay at home Mom): "Man, I can't wait to get home and change out of these jeans into yoga pants!"

This so me!! I'm a stay at home mom to 4 yr old twins. The very FIRST thing I do when I walk in the door is run upstairs to put my "yoga" pants on. Haha. And yes, I have lululemons.

Ahaha proud Vancouverite right here! If I wasn't 7 months pregnant I would be in my lulus (that's what we locals call them ) RIGHT now!!! I'm not one of those who wears it head to toe, but I certainly enjoy the pants and sweaters!

OK I googled it....OMG what makes these so darn special that a pair of crop yoga pants are $78??? No thanks, I'll stick with my VS 2 for $50 or my Wet Seal $12 pairs thanks. LOL Unless they magically make you lose weight, then I might consider paying that much. LOL

They don't make you lose weight, however, they are very flattering! Which is why I love them.

They're very thick, don't lose their shape and last forever. That $78 pair of pants just won't wear out and you can't see through them (unless they are way too small---which I have seen).
